[BUG] Battle Shout (rank3)

When I tryed to learn rank4 the trainer toke my money and I didan`t recive the new rank.

Also when Battle Shout is active u can`t refresh it before time fade away,but the rage is consumed (this happen at rank3) didan`t have problems before.
