I cant turn in this quest even though I have all required materials and it says it's completed in my log. Other warriors are seemingly not having this issue at all and I need a GM's assistance asap.

please dismiss the quest, and re-pick up the quest and see if that works or not!

since it is a quest that requires items that you have in the bags, it should be completed directly.
