Baffling Account Closure/Ban

My roommate is trying to log into the server, but is keeps saying his account has been closed?
His account name is Boozamn, and we both don't understand why this could possibly be the case, as he is only level 15 and wouldn't/hasn't said anything racist, vulgar, etc.
Any possible way we can get him un-banned? I have invited him and 2 other people to this server, and I would hate to not play here because one of my friend's got banned for apparently no reason.
