In Game Lag

I've been experiencing some lag in game, is there a way I can fix this (I've checked my computer and internet connection, everything seems to be fine)

Any suggestions on how I can fix/improve in game performance?

Its delay due to server side.. its happen when the pvp server reach a population > 7k5 ppl
