Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Looking for a GM -

After 92k honor gained last week, I failed to go from 20% rank 6 up to rank 7. My RP bar is completely full, but I still remain at rank 6. After researching online, and asking many experienced players, this seems to be a mistake, I.E. I should have easily reached rank 7. Can someone remedy this, or at least offer an explanation as to why i failed to rank up this past week?

Any help is appreciated.

Rank 6 is 4k RP. Which means before the PvP update, you were sitting at 4 200 RP (20% into Rank 6).
Being lower than Rank 7, your weekly decay was only 10% of your total RP, versus 20% for R7+.
Thus, to reach Rank 7, you had to earn 5 000 - 4 200 * 0.9 = 1 220 Rank Points, i.e. be somewhere between brackets 3 & 4 (1 & 2k RP gain, respectively). I don't know exactly what brackets use Nostalrius, iirc I read somewhere they were using pre-1.12 Break Points (lower advancement) or something, not sure.

What was your weekly standing?

Thing is we can't really make any serious hypothesis unless we know the exact number of Ranked Players each week, and how much Honor they did .

A thing that could help you is find people with a WS similar to yours last week (500-600) and ask them what rank they were before / after the update, to see how much RP they won.
