*Huge* Character Bug

When i log onto my character after being on a bank alt i can't use 99% of my abilities. I am able to wand things but i can't mount, or use any offensive/defensive spell.
I tried logging in and out, restarting everything, loading without any addons... nothing worked.
I tried killing myself, thinking that it might reset my spells for whatever reason. That didn't work and now i'm in limbo... i can't res and i can attack anything. My screens colours are that of an alive character ( its not all ghosty) and i have no tombstone on my map ontop of my dead body where i can res.
Would really enjoy getting this resolved,
