Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This only occurs on my paladin and occurs on no other character. I cannot talk in guild, cant see guild chat party chat, whispers (cant whisper also) and cant see when i just talk into open world. I also cant see the items that i loot, I made a ticket 2 days ago but have gotten no responses from a gm and this is very disheartening since i cannot communicate with any other plays and in wow, that is debilitating to try and accomplish anything. should i uninstall and reinstall? please get back to me i will be happy to go further into the problem to get this fixed

disable all addons and try to /join world and looking for group channels.

I dont have any addons and have tried doing that already, its like i need geek squad over or something

You can try:

/chatleave guild
/join guild

This works when you get the "world chat" bug, maybe it works on Guild chat also.
