Tanaris armorsmith quest disappeared!!!!

Im learning to be an armorsmith. I had 3 quests at tanaris which rewarded ornate mithril gear plans needed in armorsmith quest. i made #1 and #3 of those quests... When i made #3 quest the questgiver gave me a trinket and the quest #2 disappeared. So im not able to learn how to make the helm and im not able to become a armorsmith anymore....
Is that a bug? How do i fix the issue?
