[BUG] Cant use retapped banners in AV

I have a major problem/bug which drives me crazy. In Alterac Valley some rogues like me prefer to go south and capture the 2 Frostwolf Towers as alliance member.
Here is the bug:
1. I tap the tower
2. I cannot defend it and run away, Horde retapps it
3. I try to tap the tower again but I cannot interact with the banner, right click just wont work
The Bug only appears when the tower was retapped by the horde, /reload and /reload ui do not help!
Alt+F4 (restarting the game) helps, relogg cant be done because of deserter.
Does anyone else have this problem or can help me?
