guild reward banable?

a couple days ago .our guild start a event for celebrating the new year.which is walking-racing game which is from one spot to the other spot .we use lvl 1 char,.
whoever attended this event is from our guild and creat an lvl 1 char on the pve realm ,and the name affect to theirs' main on blood and honor,for example my main is abcde then the alt is Bhabcde.here comes the main topic .we planing to give out the rewards to those ppl who did the good job on this game .for example rank 1 gets epic mount which is boe ivory raport, and the 2nd gets epic mount,and so on .most of the ppl will get rewards.
and our guild master bigbook is gonna send out the rewards.
there is gonna be a lot of gold and items transaction between bigbook and the guildies ,so we wanna make sure we are not gonna get ban before we sending out the rewards.
so here is the reason i do this topic.so i need any of gms give us the answer plz.
there are a lot of ppl got banned recently.so we want to make things right!
