Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Rend Blackhand used to drop one of his swords + another item from his loot table like he's supposed to (He supposedly sometimes can also drop both swords but I never saw that happen). However, since december he's been only dropping one item from his loot table. My last 3 Rend kills have yielded 0 swords and this is not how it's supposed to work.

Can you please fix this? It's been going on for some time.

Second this, I spent a month and a half farming BRD for HoJ and now that I got and turned back to UBRS this is happening. Losing my will to play my warrior.

He was never supposed to drop his sword 100%. This was an error that took way too long to fix

I remember when he'd drop the MH and his eyepatch like 65% of the time.

Not true. Go look up some old wowhead comments, there's already a bug report on this and thry have included a wowhead comment from vanilla from someone who got both swords from a single kill.
