Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

New player here with the issue of freeze lags. I get freeze lags now and then wich lasts for about 5-15 secs. Is this just a local problem for me or a known server issue? And does anyone have any tips how to get rid of it.

Known server issue. When it hits about 10k+ people online then it gets pretty laggy in which theres always delays and such.
