Weird bug - Quest: Battle of Hillsbrad (part 6) HORDE

15 mins ago I went back to Tarren Mill on Nostalrius PVP to turn in Battle of Hillsbrad quest, where you need to kill dwarves in Dun Garok.

Once I got back to the quest giver NPC, I went through the dialogue and finally pressed "complete". The game played an error sound, showed me a message "You don't meet the requirement for this quest" and completely removed the quest from me. I can no longer get the part from that NPC, nor did I get any experience or rewards.

How can I contact a GM and get this quest restored? I tried to submit a bug, but the page says I don't have the rights to submit an artifact.

P.S. I submitted an online ticket with the same info. Not sure if that works on Nostalrius.

Additional information:

I had resurrection sickness when I returned the quest, I wonder if this additional info helps.

Should bugs with quests be reported mainly in-game, or by using the bug reporting tool? The instructions said vanilla database gives a number for majority of NPCs, items and quests, but the quest in question (Battle of Hillsbrad, part 6) didn't have one.

I made a ticket in-game, but is the in-game ticket system actually used by GMs? If not, what is the way to contact a GM in-game?
