Account closed

As i walk through Westfall heading towards my quest i get strangely disconnected, when i log back in everything is fine but when my character appear in-game i get disconnected again as if somebody is trying to log on my account. But this time when i log on again it says my account is closed, is this because somebody else was using my account or what was the reason?
