Quest "Return to Milton" not properly awarding Rep

I just completed the quest Return to Milton, and my Combat log says I received 350 Alliance reputation. However in my reputations tab I received no reputation for anyone, and I've been keeping a close eye on my rep because I really want a horse for my gnome. I know I can just go to Theramore to try and finish up, but rep is hard to come by and i's a big bummer not getting that rep

Hopefully you can fix it for future gnomes who want horsies and kitties.
