Grainy text in chat

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the client where all text that appears in the chat box appears 'grainy' and in some cases illegible. I suspect this is primarily due to using a global (enGB) client from a patch version that was incapable of adapting to foreign characters without breaking down the rendering quality, but I could be wrong.

If anyone has any information about the root cause of this issue and/or suggestions for fixing it, please share. I have deleted WTF several times now and run the client at near full visual potential via the console commands outlined here: https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1100 (including 8x anisotropic filtering and multisampling)

Attached is a SS portion modified so that it isn't too big to upload here, not accountable for things other people say in General Chat.

Have you tried changing UIScale a bit ?

ps: /console UIScale 0.71111111111 is the equivalent size as if you were using 800x600 when Vanilla came out

Changing font and UI scale only resizes the text; but it is consistently garbled.

I noticed that the text only blurs when I increase the multisampling rate to anything above 1x. This happens even if I run the game with the default WTF... which is annoying because everything else runs fine at 2x and 4x.
