Auction House Item Retrieval, Bug?

I havent found anything related to it on the forums (I might have missed it), about an auction house bug(?). I put up few items on the auction house but some of them just disappeared. They were not in the auction house with the rest of my items, and not in the mailbox.
Is there some records you will be able to review to see where they have gone, cause im guessing you arent to keen on trusting peoples word heh. Or are they gone for good?ยจ
