Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello Nost GMs. I can't seem to hand in Nek'Rosh's head after having defeated him; it's sitting in my inventory and Captain Stoutfist in Menethil isn't marked as a quest NPC. I would like to hand in the head and gather my reward, thanks.
