im bugged somehow, i stand like i have equiped a fishing pole and everytime i try to eat, i cant do anything after it says im sitting.

log to another character and then back. That fixes the issue quickest.

Even quicker method - if you are close to fishable water - is to cast to fish, then abort (move).
This resets the animation without need for a relog.
