Transferring gold

Is it legal to transfer gold via neutral ah from one character on 1 account, to another character on another faction on a second account?

If you did not purchase the gold from 3rd party it is legal, but have in mind that Shared Action House cuts 25% of all Actions.

Also rememeber that you may lose your gold and items to people using what I think is called bottom feeder that finds those sorts of auctions
