Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello everyone.
I just started playing on Nostalrius on January 2nd. The first few days I could log in and play no problem;
How ever, the past few days I have been unable to connect.
I keep getting to the Handshaking stage of the connection then am told I'm "unable to connect"
Are the servers simply down? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

This has been a recent issue with IPs from NA, seems like either the server host or our ISPs have trouble communicating or are blocking ports. Use a VPN and connect from an IP in france, it should get rid of these issues, until the staff figure out a solution.
