My recount cant login in,it show me has been banned,but when i login in
the official website,it show me recount is fine,what happend,help me,pls

For any further appeal, you will need to provide the name of a character on the account.

You mean account, don't you? Recount is a damage meter addon in later expansions
First, please remove your account name and write your character and realm name instead. The account name are usesd by chinese people to hack your account.

The account in question has been permanently banned for a second offence of multiboxing.
You were given a final warning on January 2 at 22:05 server time, then were caught multiboxing again on January 6 at 22:40 server time.
