Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I gotta exit once in a while to reset bugging frames, and after this exit i couldnt join back, it got stuck on retrieving character list, after that getting disconnects and now stuck again? Is my repeteable exitting and relogging causing it or what is the problem with the server?

looks like a server wide problem
