Contacting a GM/Opening a request

How can I contact a GM for help? (not a bug or issue)

To contact a GM in-game click on the little red ? in the Micro bar, to contact a GM on here about something, you can click on the Members button, and click the rank button twice, so it shows a list of the "crown looking" icons and all the names in green are GM's, also you can just click http://forum.nostalrius.org/memberlist.php?mode=&sk=m&sd=d and look for any GM you wish to PM (Private Message)

I heard that you are not looking at in game requests any more thats why I'm asking already tried to open a ticket the original way though

First, let me point out I am not a GM, second, they do, but I mean if you only want to ask a question it would be more advised to address it to a GM in a forum thread or PM a GM, because I do not think they reply to questions that can be asked in the forums.
