Don't see the option to reset password?

If talking about the forums: Login to the forum site, Then click "User Control Panel" > "Profile" > "Edit account settings" The change password fields are on that page.
If talking about the main website (Which I believe will change your in-game login password) Go to the "Login" using the top menu-bar. Instead of logging in click "Forgot your password?" this will send you an email which will allow you to change your password.
