I am playing on the PVP server a warrior on the horde side and I am not able to obtain the quest Commander Gor'shak. The quest requires Disharmony of Flame to be finished and I did finish this quest!
I wonder if I am the only one that is not able to get the quest, maybe it is a known bug?

It seems that someone had back in 2010 the same issue...
I raised a ticket for being unable to obtain this quest:
"I'm unable to obtain the quest "Commander Gor'shak" - I've completed the Disharmony of Fire/Disharmony of Flame which according to reports online are pre-requisites. Is the quest still available? Thanks"
Response:
"We have moved you onto the next step in your quest chain as there appears to be an issue with it. You should now have the quest What Is Going On? in your logs......"
They actually gave me the 2nd "What is Going On?" and it was marked as complete so I can go straight to Thrall to turn it in.
Does somebody have any idea how to get the quest or what is wrong?
