(Help)Character stuck

Hi all,

I took the boat from BB to Ratchet and after the loading screen I came out in the middle of nowhere (Can only see sky, character not on map and character model not loading).

It has been about 30 minutes now, have loaded a ticket and tried relogging several times. Hearthstone and auto unstuck will not work as it says I am moving. I cannot kill my character either to attempt to respawn at a GY.

On the character screen where it would normally show location it is blank. So its like my character is stuck 'nowhere' and I can no longer play until I can get this sorted.

Server: Nostalrius Begins PVP

Is there anything I can do? Even to just somehow force my character back to BB or something.

P.S. I tried loading a ticket in game but it says I should use website?

For the future create a ticket under the category "Stuck" -> "Still Stuck, page a GM".
