Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, I'm trying to do some of my warlock epic mount quests before DM comes out on PvE server. On the Wheel of the Black March quest, I have 6 large brilliant shards and 25 dark iron ore just like it says, but it will not let me turn in my quest. Gorzeeki has a gray "?" above his head, despite the quest saying "Completed" in my quest log. (will edit with a screenshot soon)

Is this intentional since DM is not yet released? Or is this a bug? Please help!

Update: I went to my bank to grab all of my extra shards and ore, and it seemed to work after that. Not sure why I had to have the extra shards and ore in my bank but it was fixed.

In cases like these abandoning and retaking a quest usually helps.
