8/8 t2 priest set is bugged

Since BWL was released the priest 8/8 t2 bonus has been bugged, to the point that instead of being a very strong set bonus it's actually a huge negative since the set bonus renew overwrites max rank renews when it is supposed to stack. This has been in the bug tracker for 3 months now with no fix in sight which is why im posting here.

Bump, one of the better Naxx priest healing strats revolves around using 8/8 t2, please fix this
