Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

During a ZG run tonight a server crash occurred with a subsequent rollback. When I logged back on to finish the run I noticed that I received a message stating that I was now Neutral with the Zandalar Tribe. Prior to this I was 8000/21000. To prove that I was revered you will notice that my character of the same name as this forum account has the revered warlock neck.

Please restore my revered status, and the reputation I gained from during my neutral status in my ZG run.

I was whispered by a GM and told to make a ticket and that he would assign the ticket. Upon returning home today I found the ticket removed and my reputation not returned to its prior value. Would a GM please message me again so I may make another ticket and have it assigned please?
