Using multiple accounts to summon??

This is a topic of discussion because I have had 3 different answers from GM's regarding this.

I asked if it was okay in a major city to use more than one account (as a single person) to be in a group to summon a friend into the city. One GM told me the only exceptions to the multi-account rule were, "enchanting, inventory trade, and summoning assistance inside a city..." So that it was okay to do.

A second GM told me it was okay to do this to summon a friend but not summon my own character.. and then later in the conversation changed his/her mind and said it was not okay.

I do not wish to list any screen shots with the GM conversations at this time, unless I run into an issue. I do not wish to cause any issues between them.

Can I please have an answer from a 3rd GM to make the final ruling?

Always go by what the Terms of Use say, at https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use. Regarding multiboxing, if it is not explicitly listed, it is not allowed.

So "portaling your own char to another major city while in a major city" is allowed, meaning you have to have a mage creating a portal.

Summoning (via a warlock) is not listed, therefore not allowed - regardless of whether you are summoning your own character, or multiboxing to summon a friend.
