I'm missing my hearthstone.

Hey.

For some reason I couldn't bind my heartstone to any inn after I bind it in Razor Hill. So, I figured I just throw it away and Inn keeper will get me new one...aaaand he didn't, so now I'm missing it completely. Any help, please?
