Mouse error in game??

New to the server, but when i logg in, i can click everything perfectly with my mouse (bags, spells *i'm not a clicker just to review it*, map, everything you should be able to click on even names and stuff)
but i cannot acces -> click; on NPC's / Players. and it frustrates me since i cannot do anything (cant get quests and stuff)
is this a bug, or something to do with settings?
