Deleted Character Recovery

it was around August when i deleted a toon of mine.

I was wondering if there is a way to bring it back (the account is not banned and the toon can still be found in the "armory").

toon name: Dinomar
server: Nostalrius PvP

GM's does not restore deleted characters - and since august? ... not even Retail did that!
