GM ingame respons time?

Heya!
So I had some problems ingame which I first posted on the bugtracker, however they quickly told me to create an ingame ticket. So I made a ticket via the red "?" ingame under the herrasment category. It gave me the message that it was quite busy so thats fine, I know the server are limited on time and resources.
However I made the ticket thursday night, waited for like two hours then it went down to "your ticket will be serviced soon". I thought to myselfm great then I should get attended to soon. I waited all friday then I went off for the weekend until yesterday, came back and it still said "serviced soon". So I thought that was a bit strange, asked around and some people said they had gotten some GM to contact them within like an hour the night before. So I recreated my ticket incase it was bugged but have waited additional hours now.
So. How long are the respondtime really? or do I have to stay online constantly for the GM to see my tickets?
