Fleeing mega bug became annoying !

Ok so, I thought this bug might've been reported already but since there is no fix even after a couple of days I have to post it here. The NPCs (both world and inside dungeons) that get to low hp ignore the movement slowing effects while 'fleeing'. The actual slowing works until the point where they start to flee.. This is serious bug and needs to get fixed asap because they chain pull other packs in dungeons..
