chat bug HELP!

Every time I try to talk someone and they talk back their chat bubbles look completely empty, this has been going on for about 20 levels now. How do I fix?

its cause you speak to chinese ppl this happen sometimes..

You need to have Chinese client to read their message

are you sure? it's been like that since I started playing :S everyone's chat bubble is empty.
