The security of your account is the responsibility of yourself. Game Masters will not recover any lost items/characters in this case (as per the Terms of Use)

Grifinger already gave you the correct answer.

GM's does not help with account recovery, since account security is your responsibility alone.
If GM's still believe your accound is compromised, they may even perma-ban it, so I really hope you have put a stop for the account theft.

But in short: you will not get items or gold back.

I suggest you take a moment to look over the Terms of Use(https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use). Sadly there is nothing the Game Masters can do in a case such as this.

Yeah, I'm sure they can. Also expect your own account to get banned. All comprimised accounts on Nost get perma banned.
