Rescue From Jaedenar

I saw several players complete this quest just fine.
After the key that starts the chain dropped I turned it in to start the escort quest mentioned in the title. However the questmob "Captured Arko'narin" was mindcontrolled by a Jadefiretrickster who happened to aggro as one spawns relatively close to the start of the quest. After mindcontrol expired Arko'narin proceded to run back to her cage and stayed put. The Quest clearly bugged, so aborted it to try again. However I cannot accept the quest again. This is a bug. I tried to get ingame support but appearently that is not problem you can get help with so I wanted to report it here and guess I will never complete those quests.

please make an in-game ticket for this issue. Select the red question mark, select "Stuck" and then "Still stuck, page a GM" and write your issue, including the exact quest name (and quest ID if you know it), in the ticket.
