Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello dear administration! I was to do ony attune quest chain and when i come in Stormwind City and speak with Reginald Windsor first time he start to move to Castle , but when he is coming and stand i cant click at him and do next part .. and i have like x100 o_O NCS with name Reginald Windsor and no options to move next part .. Please fix this bug or give me freedom to jump and move to next step in this chain , Ony attune its so important to me , i hope you understand and gonna help me as soon as possible .
