Lost Item in Server Roll Back on 1/22/16

I've attempted to make a ticket 3 times for an item lost during my guild Moteln Core raid and have gotten no response yet. It seems shortly after making each ticket it disappears with no indication it was even received.

For those new to raiding and first time victims of server roll back item losses I don't see how we can be expected to have taken screenshots of the raid roster, raid ID, and loot in bag. All I can offer is realmplayers raid stats data that someone from my guild captured.

My character is Grifter and I lost my Giantstalker Boots that I received this past Friday.

Greetings!

Please keep in mind that Nostralrius Begins Staff will not restore lost items unless following exact requirements are met in the ticket.

-Exact date of the raid;
-Screenshot of the raid ID;
-Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
-Name of the player who received the item.

All this information must then be submitted via the ingame ticket system. And a Game Master will review it if it does meet the correct requirements.

If you do not possess the following information, then there is a chance Game Masters can not restore any items as per the Terms of Use (https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use) "III. Character/Currency/Item restoration"

I only knew about the requirements post server crash so its impossible to get screenshots of those things. Also the raid ID seemed to have changed upon logging in the game again post crash.
