Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I cant turn in quest "Ledger from Tanaris" even it says completed. Is there something I'm missing?

some users encounter this with various quests,
it is not really quest bound.

since it is a gathering quest and not a mob killing quest you can abandon this quest and re-pickup the quest.

The game for some reason doesn't acknowledge the fact that u have all the items, you can fix this by moving every item to your bank and the back into your bags for example.
