Banned for unknown reason.

I just started leveling here and reached level 5 on my undead priest.
While standing next to the enchanting supplier in Undercity I was disconnected - and told my the login screen that i was banned.
I have absolutely no idea what I have done...? I dont cheat, hack and whatnot. Im curious what the reason for this is. As I'm new on this server I dont know what the usual GM respons is - if any - to these matters, I just hope I'm not forced to move to another server.
