Account lost

Hello,
I had another account in this server that I lost access to (forgot the password and e-mail account linked to it). Is it possible to recover it?

Greetings,
Look in your WTF folder in your WoW installation directory to see if your account name is listed somewhere in there. That may help you remember the account name.
Other than that, we do not reveal account information (like E-mails, account names, etc.) under any circumstances for security reasons. You will need to find or remember the other information.

I figured as much. I remember the account name, but I tried several different passwords and the account got banned (to prevent hacking I assume).

Greetings,
Your account probably got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts.
If you forgot your password, resett it.
Sometimes a password resett also removes the ban.
