[Bug] Ice Block (Mages)

Instead of an instant cast, Ice Block has anywhere from a 0.5-2 second delay, even when latency is fine and there is no other cast lag on other spells.

I am confirming this, happened way too often to be just a lag spike. Sometimes this happens with blink as well, for example I get hoj and use blink immediately but it wont go off as fast as it should. Note that I am from eu and I dont have lag problems..

I agree and this happens when I'm experiencing no lag from other spells. It's 100% of the time with Ice Block.
