Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

It's currently impossible to do. I really need the quest rewards from it, But it's impossble to do right now because the crazy amounts of mobs. Even if grouped together on a group of 5 it's impossible to do because there are like 100 mobs grouped together. (I believe some mobs spawn everytime you take the quest).

If you look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBL7BCrqe2w from vanilla wow you can clearly see that there isn't close to as many mobs there as it is now. I really want to be able to this quest because of the reward.
