Combat stuck after first attack

my character "garbages" on the Nostalrius lvl 60 PvP server is combatstuck after killing the first mob on any place. i used hearthstone and zoning to try to fix it, but after killing the next mob i was still in combat. After the "fight" still in combat for an endlesstime (felt) approx 10 mins waiting and no change. Is there a function to reset this perhaps?
