We have a GB (guild bank)... How?

I have seen a guild advertising (recruiting) in channels, stating they have a guild bank. I was wondering how is this possible?

Make a level 1 character and call it guildbank. Voila.

Back in the day guilds used to use level 1 chars to act as bankers for the guild, we would submit mats via mail to them for raid consumables.
