Petition to change the restore policy to include rares

This is a petition to include rare quality items in the restore list with certain conditions being met.
These conditions include a screenshot, time and date of the missing loot, persons in the group, person who received the loot, the item number for the loot taken from wowhead, valkerie, etc.

Thank you,
All Players

This petition is designed to help players that may have spent hours in a specific place only to not get the items they received due to server crash and rollback.

This also doesn't require more time/effort from gm's that are already are answering the tickets that are being put in as a result it will actually resolve this issue faster and have users that are happier with the service.

I hear ya buddy, but I don't see how any GM response can be faster/more effortless than "we don't do that".

true, but people put in multiple tickets sometimes. I honestly don't know how hard or easy it is to restore loot.

A big reason that should be clear to see that loot restoration is restricted to Epic or greater is due to the fact of the sheer activity on this server. A "rare" quality item goes from lvl 20 instances, all the way to lvl 60 instances, bull crap that drops in 20 mans, world drops, you name it. You have any clue how many tickets there would be for this, on EVERY rollback?

It would be a full time job for multiple people to match this user base to support that.

We just don't have the staff to support this. Sorry about that.
