Report: An (allegedly) future game master harassing players.

This one will be a bit tricky, as when the main incident took place, my friend (who was harassed) was unaware that screenshots were needed in order to report a person. Luckily, after being informed of this, he contacted the offender again, and took screenshots which echoed his initial sentiments. These will be provided later.
The reason I write this report is because this individual claims that he has an interview for a Game Master position on Nostalrius in three days. While this may be a complete fabrication, I still find it important to bring this incident to light. If by any chance Nostalrius take people like this in on their GM team, I, as a new player, would find it very hard to feel entirely safe here.
The incident
For the sake of context, I will type out how this feud began. After a member of our guild was kicked, the offender, who goes by the name of DÎvineshade, became visibly aggravated in our guild chat. After he began calling a fellow guild member a "retard" and other names, and would not stop after being told so, I decided to kick him as well as he was causing a large amount of drama and conflict in the chat. Once he was removed, the situation quieted down.
After a minute or two, DÎvineshade then proceeds to message my friend (who I believe simply laughed at him), telling him he "how fucked" he is. He receives a torrent of insults and threats, namely that after this incident, both him and I will be "camped until you quit the server", that he will "get you both blacklisted forever", and generally insinuating that he will do everything in his power to sabotage our gaming experience here on Nostalrius. While my friend tried to laugh this off, he kept on messaging, making more threats and more insults.
My friend was then informed that this individual, DÎvineshade, has an interview for a GM position "in three days", that he speaks regularly with a person called Viper (who I assume to be a person on the administrative team), and that he will get a GM position which allows him to "blacklist" people.
Now, of course, it needs to be stated that if my friend and I had harassed DÎvineshade or had displayed any other type of toxic or hostile behavior towards other players, perhaps some sort of "blacklisting" would have been called for. Since this is not the case, however, DÎvineshade is making the promise that if he does indeed receive the position, he will abuse his position of power for personal vendettas. It is my suspicion that the person who was first kicked was DÎvineshade's friend, and that this was the cause of his anger.
The following is a compilation of screenshots taken from the second conversation my friend had with DÎvineshade. It took place about ten minutes after he had initially made his threats and insults. I attempted to compile the most important parts, as it got rather long. While I do not take his threats particularly seriously, the prospect that this individual has the possibility of becoming a Game Master is enough of a motivator for me to make this post, especially when its requirements are such as "cool headed, even when dealing with hostile environments", "honest and impartial," "people skills". It would also seem like other members (particularly in our guild) had been in conflict with this person before, but that is merely anecdotal.
(Other than that, I'm loving this server so far and I'm excited to continue to see it grow!)
